What is Unique about Four Season at Vint Hill?
This community is a small enclave of homes set in a very rural setting among a historic farm and army post.
The enclave of approximately 100 homes within Four Seasons does not have its own Clubhouse. However, residents have use of the amenities at the neigboring Village Green Community. This is a charming little village that almost appears lost in time. It includes an old Historic Inn, Farm House & Movie Theature. And old Army post once sat at this location and a gymnasium and ball fields remain as well.
While the amenities and features of the Village Green Community may appear aged it is the character and aging that also make them so unique. The Vintage Movie Theater, Farm House and Army Post brings so much charm and character to the setting that it immediately becomes inviting for those that appreciate the small town feel and the idea of living in such a unique setting.

As of 2017, there are plans to expand the historic Army Post with more shopping and business to bring more life to this unique setting. Situated in Fauquier County the taxes are lower than some of the surrounding areas. In addition, the community HOA is extremely low at only $40 per month (2017). This is a unique community that is ideal for retirees seeking a close-knit community in a more intimate setting, surrounded by the character of a historic farm and Army base.
