The community sits in a small enclave and consists of 16 ranch style building with 3-4 units per building. Sidewalks are found on both sides of the street and the community pavilion and scenic lake is situated in the center of the community for all to enjoy. Sidewalks are found on both sides of the street which encourages residents to get out and mingle or walk their furry friends. The community enjoys open green space between the buildings and a buffer of trees surround the community with nice landscaping along Lee Davis Rd which is the main street in front of the development.
