The community is broken into two small neighborhoods but share the same Clubhouse. While the Clubhouse is not large it just the right size for the community with 165 Villas and features a wonderful resort style swimming pool. The Richmond International Airport is just 19 miles away making this the perfect lock and leave community for those who want to travel and not worry about who is cutting the grass. The community is also buffered by mature trees and although its sits adjacent to I-95 residents are not inconvenienced by any noise from the interstate.
Overall this community is a great value for active retirees and is mostly defined by its convenient location, affordable homes and low maintenance lifestyle.
