What is Unique about Sun City Texas?
This community offers endless amenities and is a true golfers paradise. The property is full of wildlife and is meticulously maintained and situated in a great location. One needs to see this place to truly appreciate the quality and appearance of the resort clubhouse, pools, workshops, golf courses. Everywhere you look is truly a 5 star impression. While it's easy to brag about a golf course, some of the other unique features here are a 4000 square foot Woodshop or 20,000 SF Fitness Center or maybe the 5000 SF outdoor Pavilion. Honestly the Veterans Memorial Plaza in this community might well be the finest we have seen in the country. It features a 80 foot wall with more than 2500 engraved blocks honoring our service men.

Not matter what your passion or interest your likely to find a club or group you can join with people of similar interests. The amenities are so complete the home is really secondary as its designed to get you out and keep you busy. You can engage in as much or as little as you like, but never will there be a day where you will say "I'm bored"!!
