Living here is as much about the home as it is the community as the ability to customize is a big feature for many of the residents. Many of resale homes will feature designer kitchens and baths, with trim details and finishing's not seen in other communities. The land design has several locations where homes back to one another. However the builders wisely addressed this early on with new trees between the homes. The trees are now mature and despite the backing of homes many enjoy a great level of privacy. The clubhouse is near the entrance of the community and overlooks a small scenic pond.
