The community also has a wonderful ambiance, while its situated in the heart of a very commercial area the neighborhood itself has a very rural setting. The community is exceptionally well kept with manicured lawns and freshly painted buildings. The duplex style units are extremely popular for those looking for a lock and leave lifestyle or the comfort of living close to others in the event of an emergency. Residents tend to look after one another in these style homes and it's not unusual for neighbors to run errands and check in on each other. Overall this is a great community in a terrific location and the homes in this community resell very quickly. So if you see one, you better grab it!
