While the community appears a bit dated the HOA is very active and has done a great job maintaining the common areas and amenities. The spacious clubhouse has been refurbished over the years with fresh carpet, paint and furniture. Many residents also enjoy views of the many lakes and ponds within the community. While the homes are older they are priced so affordably that many buyers choose to upgrade them with modern kitchens, bathrooms and appliances. The location is excellent in terms of getting to golf courses, beaches, shopping and the airport.
