This quiet community of 96 homes is in a fabulous location near airport, interstate, medical centers and downtown Greenville. The homes are basic and affordable 2-3 bedroom ranch homes with lawn care making them ideal for active retiree's. The homes are on fairly small lots which is fine for many of the residents and much of the community backs to a tree buffer. In some cases where homes do back to one another there is a tree buffer in most cases. Sidewalks are found throughout the community on both sides of the street
