The amenity gets periodic updating, but its the price, location and serenity of the community that makes it a popular choice among many retirees. While the price of the homes are appealing, buyers should consider that older homes are slightly less energy efficient and the homes may require some updating. As mentioned many of the homes have already been update d and the pricing is very appealing in this community.
