The community is located just outside the congested traffic areas yet still close to restaurants, golf courses, supermarkets and highway 476. The Clubhouse size at 4500 square feet is fairly large for a community of just 200 homes, so it never feels over crowed.
The majority of the units are ranch style villas with 1-2 car garages which are very popular among active retirees. The sizes of the units are also very appealing at 1900- 3000 SF. You will find some 2 story Carriage Homes built by Ryan Homes.
