The homes are appropriately sized for active adults ranging from 1500-2200 SF. The Clubhouse is also very spacious for a community of just 240 homes, so it never has a sense of being over crowded. The overall value in terms of home price, location and amenity is pretty hard to beat when you consider all that this community has to offer.
