This Community truly has it all for Active Adults. First its location is ideal for getting to the local beaches, Southport or Wilmington. Within the community you will find several neighborhoods, many with their own Clubhouses. More amenities than you can imagine in one community. The land plan is exceptionally well designed with plenty of sidewalks, lush landscaping and waterfront access for the entire community. The community is non age restricted but you will find plenty of other retirees in this great community.
