All the key attributes are within a short distance of the community, highway, medical center, golf course and grocery store. These Courtyard floor plans are really quite unique and are hugely popular with buyers as the Carolinas is climate is so welcoming to outdoor living.
The Clubhouse is just the right size for the community and the developer was thought full enough to include sidewalks on both sides of the street. We also love the walk ability to neighboring shopping center..
