Resort Style Amenities, Open Floor Plans & Reasonable Home Prices are the big three reasons so many love this community. One could easily add the location with this being so close to Philadelphia and Wilmington DE. Getting to Baltimore or New York City can also be reached in just under two hours. The Clubhouse and amenity campus are really inviting and tastefully designed and decorated. Its also quite large for a community of 400+ homes. Residents seem happy with the quality of their homes which is a good sign when considering resale's. The community is dotted with several small ponds and pocket parks and much of the perimeter of the property backs up to wooded areas for additional privacy. Swedesboro is a charming Village style community and is only 1.4 miles from Four Seasons and features great shops and restaurants.
