The community is only 14 miles to downtown Philadelphia and 17 miles to the International Airport.
Residents have use of an incredible amenity, sports complex and golf course which is open to all ages. A dedicated "Senior Center" is available but hardly what you would consider a senior center as its full of active retirees. For housing you can choose from attached style homes or single family ranch. There is also a Riverwinds Restaurant which is the perfect place to meet up with friends for casual dining.

The Community Center is what really makes this neighborhood a very unique place to live. The combination of amenities and great location should put this high on your list of places to consider in Gloucester County. Another great feature not previously mentioned is the access to the Delaware River. The Community Center and neighborhoods are connected via Riverwinds Drive which separates them by 1.5 miles and a great feature is a sidewalk that runs the distance between the two locations making it a great daily walk.
