Industry Expert Review

The community offers an impressive land plan with prestigious and gated entrance with divide parkway. The amenity parcel takes up quite a large piece of land and includes walking trails, scenic pond, putting green and bocce. The addition of an indoor pool is always added value for communities in the colder climates. The walking trail system is really excellent connects the amenity center to every neighborhood in the community. The central parkway Minuteman Circle weaves through the entire community with neighborhoods connecting to it. The community has quite a bit of open green space. In cases where homes back up to one another they are not very close as each section of homes is separated by a generous portion of open space. The community lakes add a great ambiance to the community and some residents enjoy water views.
