The community offers resort style active adult living and is only one hour from New York City.
The neighborhood has a great scenic entrance drive which leads to the large Clubhouse Campus with community green. As you would expect with 1200 homes the land plan sprawls over a large parcel of property. The homes are somewhat densely populated over the land on small lots and sidewalks are located throughout most of the property on one side of the street. The most unique attributes of the community are the multiple amenity buildings and pools. The main Clubhouse is really spectacular in terms of its interior design, decor, furnishings etc. The fitness, crafts rooms, indoor pool, card and billiards room are all done in vibrant and classing colors. It has a very casual country club feel to it. Classy but unpretentious, a resort feel to it in which you would feel comfortable entering the building in shorts.
