The size of the clubhouse and amenities relative to the number of homes is one of the most unique selling features of this community. When you combine the size and number of available amenities then consider the community also has an indoor pool, this is great value both from a usage and resale perspective. This community does not have a tremendous amount of resale's which is always a good sign for a community and when they do become available they seem to sell very quickly.
