Developed between the years 1972 & 1992 residents here have been enjoying one of the most affordable lifestyles in the country and you would never believe they are only an hour and 30 minutes from New York City. Yes the home are older but at these prices residents have plenty of room to make their own improvements. The community consists of all attached homes that include exterior maintenance that is fully covered by the HOA. While the homes are older the location and overall value is fantastic.
