Cranberry Creek features a great clubhouse and pool for a community of its size and is more typical of what you would find in a much larger community. So there is never a sense of being overcrowded here. Mature trees surround the entire property and in cases where homes do back to one another residents will appreciate large tree buffers between the houses. So nearly all the residents enjoy a private wooded back yard. Overall the community offers a great value to buyers as a 1700 SF home can be purchased in the $200's, Which is exceptionally hard to beat.
