Very interesting land plan in that the developer adopted a successful design which is commonly used in much larger communities. A scenic entrance boulevard leads you into the community where you arrive at the clubhouse. Once at the clubhouse Evergreen Circle is a loop road which circles the entire amenity complex which sits in the middle of what looks like a donut hole. Much like the hub of a wheel the amenity sits in the center and community neighborhoods intersect like spokes on a wheel. This configuration allows all residents easy access to the centralized Clubhouse.
