Having been built in the late 1980-1990's the community is surrounded by mature trees and sidewalks on both sides of the street throughout the neighborhood. About an equal mix of Single Family and attached homes are found in the community. The attached are located towards the front of the community and near the amenity center. While the community is showing some signs of age the residents describe it as homey and comfortable. What really drives the value of this community is the extremely affordable prices and its great coastal location. Many residents are seasonal that move to Florida in the winter months and return for the summer season.
