This community is about living in a quiet neighborhood with small town charm but also minutes from the coastline and short drive to either New York City or Atlantic City. The homes are really well maintained and the neighbors are friendly and private with no drama. Its the kind of community where new comers might have several residents knock on the door asking "how can we help?" . The fact that its right off the exit from the Garden State Parkway makes getting to other locations super easy. The community is literally 3.5 miles to Barnegat Municipal Pier.
