What is Unique about Los Prados?
Location, Price and Golf are three of the main attractions residents find unique at Los Prados. While not age restricted the community is ideal for active retirees as you can buy a pretty spacious home at an affordable price with a golf lifestyle. Its located approximately 10 miles from downtown Vegas and about 17 miles from the Vegas Strip. The homes are a bit older having been built in the late 1980's through the 1990's but many have been update d over the years and for many are a great deal!
The community could easily be described as laid back and unpretentious with plenty of activities and caring neighbors.

Los Prados offers a great site design with the golf course spawling throughout most of the community and the large amenity complex situated in the center of the neighborhood. Its an impressive campus style Country Club layout with the large Clubhouse overlooking a scenic lake in the front & rear. The Clubhouse is also flanked by two outdoor pools and the sport courts situated near the parking.
