Heritage of Hawk Ridge is expected to have a total of 515 single family and attached homes. The construction was first manned by US Homes in 2005. Afterwards, Whitaker Homes took over and in 2011 Pulte Homes has been the builder of this idyllic place to retire. At present there are new and resale homes available for the interested new home owners. This retirement community in Missouri is one of its finest. Not only houses are for sale but lots too. The community is continuously being developed to meet the needs of the 55+ adults. It is gated and age-restricted to keep the quaint setting more appealing to the retirees.

Heritage of Hawk Ridge Community Amenities

There is only one model of single family homes by US Homes with a price of low $200s-mid $300s and attached villas with a price of high $100s-high $200s.
