Location is one of the neighborhoods strongest attributes as it situated off a quiet street but also minutes from the Merrimack River and Interstate 93 for an easy commute into Boston. The community is well designed in that as soon as you enter the community you are greeted with prestigious Clubhouse which is in the center of the neighborhood. The Townhome residents turn to the left and half the community is dedicated to Townhomes and the other to the Single Family homes.
