A well designed land plan with the golf course spread out over most of the community giving many residents scenic views of the greens and fairways. At the core of the community is the strategically placed Clubhouse capturing some of the best views of the golf course for residents enjoying the amenities. While the homes are older many have been update d and most are well maintained. The advantage of choosing a community of this age is the location and home values. Buyers should consider that older homes may be less energy efficient. However, many buyers find the update d homes to have everything they need at better prices and in a community with mature landscaping and no construction.
