The community is well designed with many homes backing up to green space and natural areas, with some getting views of Grayslake Golf Course. The amenities found in this community are more typical of what you might find in a much larger community. The community offers a great value as many attached homes are priced in the $100's, with single family homes from the $200's. The Guarded Entrance is a added benefit that is appreciated by the residents.
