Our experts were impressed with the sprawling land plan. While 1300 homes sounds like a lot, if you studied the land design you would see that the homes are very spread out across several hundred acres. The developers also wisely spread out the golf course to allow many homeowners to capture great views of the course from their homes. Most of the community consists of a collection of Cul-de-sac streets and you will also find very few cases where homes back up to one another which is also quite unusual. The Clubhouse was also strategically placed in the center giving easy access to all the residents.
