What is Unique about Spruce Creek Country Club?
Built by Del Webb in the late 1990's, this active community features 36 holes of golf and a luxury 31,000 SF Clubhouse with over 100 different lifestyle clubs and groups. A second Clubhouse of 13,000+ SF offers an indoor pool and fitness complex. Like most Del Webb communities one of their most unique features are their grand entrances and this community is no exception. Summerfield Florida is located just northeast of the popular Villages Community, so it not unusual for residents at Spruce Creek to go kick up their heels for some dancing and Active Adult Fun at the Villages.

Del Webb has a fabulous reputation for building quality active lifestyle retirement communities. One of the things that Del Webb does exceptionally well is facilitating their lifestyle programs. Lifestyle Directors in the Del Webb network get extensive training . They also share successful lifestyle programs among other directors around the country to the benefit of the residents. We love the giant water feature at the entrance of the community and its in keeping with Del Webb's reputation for creating a very grand sense of arrival for its residents.
