These lovely homes are situated around the Seven Hills Golf Club, giving residents amazing views of the area.
Plus, they have an excellent Clubhouse packed with an on-site restaurant, a resort pool, fitness, arts & crafts, ballroom and so much more. Residents here also appreciate the Publix Shopping Center found just outside the community. The Wellington at Seven Hills is extremely well-maintained and the homes are seen in exceptionally good condition at such favorable prices. This definitely is one of the best-kept secrets in the region.
