What is Unique about Tampa Bay Golf & Country Club?
The combination of two types of Golf Courses is one of the most unique features of the community. You have a fun and manageable par 3 -9 hole course and a more challenging 18 hole course for the long ball hitters. The community offers two swimming pools for residents to enjoy. While the community has over 1000 homes they are spread across 700 acres so the community is known to enjoy quite a bit of wildlife of birds, deer and other critters.

This community offers a sprawling land design with many of the roads and homes stretched along the many golf holes and fairways. As such many of the homes enjoy views of the golf course, lakes and natural areas. Also as you drive the community you are treated to a number of great views of the fairways and greens. With the wide assortment of homes and exterior elevations offered by the builders the community does not feel like many of your typical production built homes. The development started in the mid 1990's and some of the older resale homes are actually larger than the newer homes for sale. This is great community located just off I-75 and 30 Minutes to Downtown Tampa.
