While the Builder is listed by Centex Homes. Centex was acquired by the Pulte Group in 2009, whom also owns Del Webb and considered one of the country's premier active adult builders. Some of the home plans in the Sullivan Ranch Active Adult Line Up are from Del Webb's popular collection of plans. These plans generally feature open floor plans with energy saving features. They did a nice job at separating the Active Adult Ranch plans from the phases of family homes.
