The community features a great land design with the centerpiece of the community being the large lake. A welcoming gated entrance with divided landscaped parkway is a great feature. We love the sidewalks situated throughout the community on both sides of the street. The Clubhouse, Resort Pool and Sport Courts is actually much larger than what you would expect for a community of only 221 homes making this neighborhood a great value for the residents.
