The developers really did an awesome job in blending the neighborhoods into the natural areas giving residents plenty of privacy and scenic views in return. Plus, homebuyers can choose from over 60 different floor plan designs, most of which are ranch style or master on the main and ideal for active retirees. In addition, these houses are featured by several well-known home builders such as DR Horton, Kolter, Neal Communities, etc.
Moreover, residents may also choose to build their own fully customized houses priced from $300 to over $1M's. Lastly, active adult residents will appreciate The Shops at Verandah which is located right outside the entrance. There is a Publix Supermarket, Walgreens and Regions Bank there, too.
