We love the two-story Clubhouse which serves as the community's primary hub for social events and other activities. On the first floor, you'll find huge spaces for socializing while a physical fitness center is found on the second level.
The waterfront Clubhouse, otherwise known as the amenity center is built to provide its residents with an authentic vacation resort experience which Del Webb is known for. As for the outdoor amenities, they have a bar, spa, bocce ball courts, community gardens, Pickleball, Tennis Courts and BBQ areas that are all connected through landscaped walking paths and lush landscaping.
