Like most older communities when buying a resale you should expect to do some updating. However at the prices you will find at Pinehurst Village many can afford to upgrade their units and still have an extremely affordable home. Older homes have a tendency to also be less energy efficient and may not have as open a floor plan as newer homes. The community features a well kept entrance with the units offering exterior stucco and red tile roofing. Resident often comment on the lush landscaping and grown tree's which is something you don't often get when purchasing a new home or condo.
Overall this is an extremely well kept community for the money and represents a great value for any active adult looking for affordable living.
