What is Unique about Vizcaya?

Some of these include private and public golf courses located just minutes away from the neighborhood; shopping centers, dining areas, and other local attractions.
The single-family homes are strategically placed among a collection of 10 gorgeous lakes, providing its residents with majestic lakefront views. Developed in the Mid 1990s by Centerline Homes, it is obvious that there are some areas within the clubhouse that needs to be update d. Nevertheless, the Vizcaya community is overall well-maintained and its close proximity attracts a lot of active adult homebuyers from every region.
Did you know, the name "Vizcaya" originated from a province in Northern Spain situated on the bay of "Biscay".
