What is Unique about Summit Greens?
If you have never been to Clermont Florida it is known for one unique feature. It is one of only a few places in Florida where the topography does not appear flat. Clermont is full of rolling hills creating a very pleasant experience that reminds many new comers of their original home town. This is particularly noticeable at the Sanctuary Ridge Golf Club that sprawls throughout Summit Greens. Many of the homes are perched on higher elevations and the views of rolling hills and majestic fairways is very unique to this community. The Community Clubhouse as well as the neighboring Golf Clubhouse both enjoy significant hilltop views where residents can see miles of the nearby Clermont area. This community also sits in the popular Lake Region of Northwest Florida and enjoys immediate access to several interstates as well as many shopping outlets.

Strategically placed near the Florida Turnpike and highways 50 & 27 gives residents easy access to Orlando, Tampa as well as the popular Villages. Residents will also appreciate that just outside the entrance is a Target, Carrabba's Italian Grill, Chili's, Ruby Tuesday and the South Lake Hospital is right down the street from Summit Greens.
