The developer wisely create d a little separation between the Villas and Condos. We love the central amenity which features views of each lake from the Clubhouse or sport courts. A nice sidewalk system is placed along Palm Chase Drive allowing residents to easily walk to the Clubhouse past the scenic ponds.
