One of the features we love about this community is the sprawling land plan. These attached townhomes are spread out over a lot of acerage with each backing up to tree preserves. Most people when they think of townhome communities think high density with units stacked up all around eachother. That is not the case at all in this community.
The Gated Entrance is another great feature and the community is exceptionally well maintained. Its age restricted so it truely is a quiet haven, with a great social center for retirees looking to downsize and move to a home with less maintenance.
