Quite possibly the best kept retirement secret in the Denver area. Windsor Gardens is an age restricted community of more than 2500 attached homes built in the 1960 & 70's. While older than many of the communities in the area it is exceptionally well maintained and offers a huge array of amenities and lifestyle opportunities. However, what is most appealing to many residents is the affordable prices of the homes with units starting in the $100's. Among the favorite community features is a walking trail that runs along the complex which is very wooded and full of wildlife and is referred to as the Canal Trail.

While the community is a bit dated having started in the 1960's its still very well maintained and has been periodically update d. One of the things we love about this community is the wide array of amenities and some of them are really coo!l. For example the arts & crafts and woodworking facilities are well equipped and spacious. The restaurant and bar is perfect foe happy hours and chef dinner specials. The outdoor patio and picnic pavilion are great areas for community bbqs and outdoor social events.
But ultimately this community is all about affordable homes and active lifestyle.
