Anthem Ranch was originally opened by Del Webb 2006 and included several amenities. During the recession the property was later acquired by Toll Brothers in 2013. Toll Brothers inherited an incredibly well designed land plan by Del Webb which is made up of a collection of small neighborhoods with many cul de sacs and short streets eliminating a community with lots of through traffic. Residents will enjoy a tremendous amount of open spaces and some of the best walking trails we have ever seen.
Conveniently located of I-7 & Northwest Parkway residents can be in Downtown Denver in a short 30 minute drive.
