What is Unique about Gavilan?
This use of so many available and newer amenities is what really makes this community unique. Gavilan makes up to 55+ communties within the greater master planned community of Rancho Mission Viejo. The two active adult neighborhoods have access to the Hacienda Clubhouse which is within Gavilan and only available to the 55+ residents. In addition they have use of several amenities within the Sendero family neighborhood which includes the Ranch House (3500 sf) Clubhouse, the Guest House Amenity as well as the new Outlook and Hilltop Amenities which are open to all ages.
This community offers a wonderful sense of privacy as it sits in a valley surrounded by hills. Exceptionally well designed land plan which combines two distinct neighborhoods into one community. Residents will enter through two separate entrances and arrive home past a series of landscaped round-abouts. Each of the amenities is strategically placed in the center of the community allowing easy access to all residents. A wonderful walking trail runs through the community and residents enjoy plenty of sidewalks. The entrance has unique ambiance made up of citrus trees from the adjacent tree farm.
Buyers can choose from multiple builders and as a result, there is a variety of architectural styles within the community which has kept Gavilan from having that "cookie cutter" feeling you get in so many other communities.
