Residents will enter through two separate entrances and arrive home past a series of landscaped round-abouts. Each of the amenities is strategically placed in the center of the community allowing easy access to all residents. A wonderful walking trail runs through the community and residents enjoy plenty of sidewalks. The entrance has unique ambiance made up of citrus trees from the adjacent tree farm. 

Buyers can choose from multiple builders and as a result, there is a variety of architectural styles within the community which has kept Gavilan from having that "cookie cutter" feeling you get in so many other communities.
