This community features low-maintenance ranch style homes beautifully placed on small lots with mature landscaping and sidewalks on both sides of the street. The Clubhouse sizes and select ion of amenities is very generous for a community of only 400 homes and is more than what you would expect to see in a much larger community. So residents here like the intimacy and fewer crowds associated with a smaller neighborhood. Furthermore, a lot of homeowners here also comment on how much they enjoy the security of a gated entrance.
