Gonzales who became widely known for his distinctive Southwest Architecture. He was responsible for the design of many of Scottsdale's AZ, City Buildings. One of the most unique land designs we have ever seen. The buildings are laid out in a fashion that would almost resemble a checkerboard. The benefit is extra privacy and many homes offer small courtyard patios. The landscaping is very mature given the years of the community which create s a strong sense of privacy which many residents appreciate.
