Most people are surprised this community is not age restricted as the homes are by Del Webb. The community land plan is well designed strategically placing the golf course throughout the community and giving many of the home's views of the fairways, greens, and mountains. At just under 1400 homes this community has a more exclusive and quieter feel to it than the larger Sun City projects in the area. The Builder wisely allowed homes with larger square footages to appeal to a more discriminating buyer, looking for something a little more private and upscale.
