While the community is older than some of the others in the area the majority of the homes have been update d and the entire community is meticulously maintained. The landscaping is more mature creating a lush environment enjoyed by many. Also the amenity buildings are constantly maintained and update d as needed. Because of the smaller community size residents seem to enjoy really getting to know one another and as such the community is active in many civic and charitable causes.
