The land plan is really well designed with the golf course weaving through much of the community allowing more residents to enjoy golf course views. The resort amenity is very generous at 29000 SF in proportion to the amount of homes built in the community. The amount of land dedicated to preservation and conversation adds great value to the residents living as the community has very low density.
