Despite the age of the development having started in the 1960's the amenity building are well kept and have been update d over the years. The community is located 18 miles east of Mesa AZ and is nestled along the Superstition Mountains. The majority of the homes have a brick or stucco exterior for easy maintenance. While the prices are very affordable buyers should be aware that older homes may require some updating, additional maintenance and may not be as energy efficient as today's more modern home
